Each session includes a consultation and time on the table.
Allow 60 minutes for a session.

After the consultation, the client lies on a massage table, removing their glasses and shoes. If comfortable for the client two pillows used, one under the head and one under the knees. The client also has the option to be covered with a blanket.

Amy McGinnis brings a creative approach to her sessions drawing on her background in art, yoga, energy medicine and her personal connection with the LGBTQ community. Amy's clients have experienced help with anxiety, depression, pain, sleep, life transitions, surgical support, grief and self-care. Healing Touch works by balancing your energy field through gentle touch and is effective for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Amy is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Reiki Master who has a private practice and has worked with the Wake Forest Center for Integrative Medicine. Amy sees clients at her home and at 18 Springs Community Healing Center.
